Prepare your manuscript

Format your paper according to standard IMRaD structure (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion). IMPORTANT: The first page MUST include:

Complete academic name (as you want it to appear)
Institutional affiliation (university / organization)
Email address (corresponding author)
ORCID iD (highly recommended for indexing)

Submit your manuscript in .doc or .docx format. Ensure proper citation and ethical compliance.
